Asociația Art Collect is a company registered in Romania responsible for coordinating events and trainings in Romania.

2. What personal data do we process

Asociația Art Collect is a personal data controller. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

• Name and surname

• Position
• Phone number
• Invoice address
• Message
• Points
• Online activity

3. Why do we need them

We need your personal data to provide you with the following services:

On the legal basis of fulfilling contractual obligations related to the sales of tickets to Asociația Art Collect event:

• Name and Surname – we need this data to communicate with you and to issue the ticket
• Email – Email Address we use to communicate with you and send you the ticket.
• Phone number – We will contact you if problems arise and keep you updated with Asociația Art Collect events
• Country – we need this info to calculate the price of the ticket
• Invoice Address – this is a legal requirement for the invoice
• Message – to be able to respond to your requests
• Points – you can redeem these points for different extra services

With your consent, we would also like to make the following processing of personal data:

Newsletter

• Name and surname – to personalize your newsletter
• Email – to send you the newsletter

Application Management

• Name and surname – to personalize your newsletter
• Company – to share this info with the other members in the application
• Position – to share this info with the other members in the application

Online behavior

4. What we do with them

Your personal data is processed within Asociația Art Collect company located in Romania. Hosting and storing your data take place at Monday.com which is located in Israel. The legal basis for the transfer is an adequacy decision between the EU and Israel.

The personal data necessary for ticketing services is also processed by our partner App Generator which provides support and acts as a data processor for Asociația Art Collect.

The personal data necessary for membership services is also processed by our partner Magic Solutions which provides support and acts as a data processor for Asociația Art Collect.

The personal data necessary for payment is processed by Stripe, which is a service provided by Stripe, Inc, a company located in the United States which acts as a Data Controller. The adequacy for the data transfer is represented by the Standard Contractual Clauses with additional security clauses signed by Stripe, Inc and Asociația Art Collect. The only personal data exchanged between the two controllers are the ID for the payment and the confirmation if the payment was accepted or not. All other personal data is collected by Stripe.

Your personal data for browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in the cookies policy, which acts as joint controllers.

5. How long do we keep personal data

The personal data contained in the financial-accounting documents or documents annexed to the financial and accounting documents shall be retained for 10 years in accordance with the provisions of article 38 of annex 1 At Order No. 2634/2015 on financial and accounting documents issued by the Ministry of Public Finances and shall not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal purpose for which they are archived. After 10 years this data will be destroyed.

Your personal data from the account on the platform will be kept for three years after the last activity in the account. After three years of non-activity, the account will be anonymized.

Personal Data for the newsletter will be kept for the duration of the newsletter.

6. What are your rights?

If you have reason to believe that any personal data that we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask to see your personal data, to correct it, to request to be deleted, to request restriction of processing, or to object to the processing. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter or to delete your data from the application, please send a message to contact@artcollect.org.

If you want to file a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us at contact@artcollect.org. We will contact you to solve the problem raised.

You can also contact the National Supervisory Authority for the processing of personal data at www.dataprotection.ro and you can file a complaint.
